  • Granola & almond milk or yogurt parfait. Here is my own favorite homemade granola recipe! It is designed to be very flexible, and you can choose your own favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruits, etc.




Homemade Cereal

  • 6 cups oats

  • 4 cups nuts

  • 1 3/4 cups milled flax seed

  • 2 cups coconut

  • 2 cups seeds

  • 2 cups dried fruit

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup peanut/nut butter

  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or sugar alternative
